The Golrang Innovation Prize is one of the key closed innovation projects at Golrang Ventures, designed to strengthen the organizational innovation culture and utilize the internal capacities of the Golrang Industrial Group. All investment requests are received and evaluated exclusively from the Golrang Ventures investment portal.
In this approach, ideas come from within the organization, not from outside; from colleagues who are at the heart of the company and who best understand the real challenges and needs. The task of management and organizational structure is to direct this creative energy, provide the right environment for it to flourish, and pave the way for the ideas to be implemented.
