Golrang Ventures participated in the second Kerman IDEX Investment and Development Conference.
Kerman IDEX 2024 , as an international investment and development conference, was held from May 14 to 17 this year at the Mahan University of Advanced Industrial and Technology and consisted of two exhibition sections and specialized panels in Kerman.
The main themes of this conference, with the presence of ambassadors from other countries, included introducing investment opportunities in various fields, using new global models to provide and develop basic infrastructure, the role of clean and renewable energies in sustainable development, the position of artificial intelligence, the digital economy, and the Internet of Things in global investment and development models, and the role of technological and knowledge-based businesses in achieving sustainable development.
The presence of major industries in the country
Kerman Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture and Iranian Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Kerman Governorate organized this international event. In this event, Kerman Chamber provided an opportunity for the country’s major industries, which originate in Kerman, to come together and, with this collaboration, be the beginning of important events for their province.
Industries such as Golgohar Sirjan , Sarcheshme Copper , Mahan Aviation , Sirjan Steel , Automobile Managers , and… had an impressive presence in both the exhibition sections and specialized panels of Kerman IDEX 2024.
The presence of Golrang Ventures
The second Kerman IDEX event included 24 specialized panels on various topics, and Golrang Ventures, at the invitation of the Kerman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Investment Commission and the Innovation and Prosperity Fund , participated in one of the specialized panels of the event. Golrang Ventures’ presence at Kerman IDEX 2024 demonstrated the role of this group as a symbol of innovation and venture capital.
This panel was held on the third day of Kerman IDEX 2024 with approximately 200 participants and speakers from the country’s important economic players and the innovation and investment ecosystem:

In this panel, Ms. Zohreh Lorek gave a brief introduction to the innovations of Golrang Industrial Group from the beginning of its activities to the present, and then introduced Golrang Ventures as a center of innovation and its new technologies.
Ms. Lorek continued her speech by saying that Golrang Ventures, with the aim of creating innovative paths, plays a role in shaping an effective communication network between companies belonging to the Golrang Industrial Group and the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem, both domestically and abroad.
After that, he introduced the venture capital fund and other investment avenues of Golrang Ventures, as well as its communication channels, and finally engaged in networking and sincere conversations with the panelists.
Final words
The Kerman IDEX 2024 event, known as one of the largest investment and development events in the country, ended on Thursday, May 17, 2023, after holding a series of specialized and practical conferences and panels. However, its value creation continues and is creating new decisions for Kerman province.
