Golrang Ventures at the University of Tehran Job Fair, a Bridge to a Bright Future for Young Talents

Known as one of the largest and most prestigious job fairs in the country, this exhibition provided a unique platform for direct communication between leading employers and future-shaping talents. Golrang Ventures also attended the exhibition with high motivation, deep commitment, and a dynamic spirit, striving to create a valuable experience for all participants.

 

Purpose of attending the job fair

Focusing on discovering and nurturing student talents, Golrang Ventures attended the University of Tehran Job Fair to establish a constructive connection with hardworking and creative youth.
The goal of this partnership was to identify individuals with unique motivation, passion, and capabilities; individuals who can play a role in the future of the organization and the country.

At this event, Golrang Ventures presented diverse and up-to-date career opportunities in various fields, so that students and graduates can experience a secure start to their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment by better understanding career paths.

Golrang Ventures’ active presence at the University of Tehran Job Fair demonstrates the company’s commitment to human resource development and investment in the new generation. The company believes that close interaction with the young and talented generation will not only contribute to the organization’s internal growth and development, but will also contribute to the advancement and empowerment of the country’s human resources. In this regard, Golrang Ventures, by holding workshops, lectures, and consulting sessions, tried to familiarize students and graduates with the organizational culture and available job opportunities and help them achieve their professional goals.

 

By holding two specialized workshops focused on human resources and Generation Z, Golrang Ventures attempted to better understand the perspectives and needs of the new generation of workforce and take effective measures to improve their work experience.
In the first workshop, titled “Human Resources Challenges with Generation Z,” Giti Shayan (Human Resources, Golrang Ventures) and Alireza Abolfathian (Human Resources, Arian Kimiya Tech ) discussed the topic; the meeting was hosted by Shayan Shalileh (Golrang Ventures Growth Manager).
In the second workshop, titled “The Experience of Generation Z Entering Golrang Industrial Group,” Hadi Tajeddini shared his experiences, and Fargol Boroumand (Head of Business Development) and Shayan Shalileh hosted the program.

 

Investing in young human resources

On the other hand, attending this exhibition provided Golrang Ventures with a valuable opportunity to learn about the motivations, perspectives, and innovative ideas of the new generation.
